JINGDA stone coated metal roof tiles are made of brand aluminum-zinc steel sheet (with fingerprint resistant coating) as substrates, reliable strong weatherability acrylic resin as bonding adhesive and un-fading basalt sintered stone granules as facial material.

Depends on the stable high performances, superior appearance, lifetime durability and great features of our stone coated metal tiles, we grow fast and capture domestic and globe market share significantly in the last few years.

1. Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6%silicon as protection coating, which with much better performance than normal Zinc galvanized steel sheet (PPGI) on anti-corrosion, anti-oxidant, heat reflective, heat resistance, economy etc. as well above the aluminum-zinc plateing layer is fingerprint coating, it makes better appearance and increase lifespan of the tiles.

2. Colored stone granules is the surface decoration layer of metal tiles as well as the protection layer. It is made of basalt stones which treated by high-temperature sintered ceramic process. The stone chips has more than 16 basic colors for optional and customized is available as well. It creates an excellent aesthetic appearance on your roofs and with great protection on your buildings as well. (Withstand ultraviolet radiation, reduce noise caused by rain water)

3. Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps, and extend the life span of color gravels.
